I was born in Sicily and I lived in Salerno, in Spain, in Milan, in Iceland, and in Botswana. I graduated in communication sciences with a thesis on video art "An analysis in relation to contemporary social schizophrenia".
I had a master in multimedia publishing at Politecnico of Milan and a course in documentary in the schools of Milan Civic during which I had as teachers Giuseppe Baresi, Alessandro Rossetto, Giorgio Garini and I had participated in a workshop with Sam Green (author di The Weather Underground).
